Minute meditations are videos revelling in nature. Attempts to embody the energy of the moment. Sometimes this energy is just overwhelming gratitude, gentle serenity and other times it may be a release of sorrow.
There is a transmutation that occurs whenever I take time to nurture in nature. Minute meditations are created to share this. I aim to bring nature to you while you’re on a bus ride or stuck in traffic or stressed out at the office. Whatever the circumstance, these are meant to create a shift in momentary presence, ground yourself, breathe.
